We will walk you through the cut sheet, customizing your hog to your exact specifications! This package is for a half Mangalitsa hog, total price is $895. This will include approximately 80-85lbs of meat, including uncured bacon (sliced or a whole side), pork chops, ground pork, hot or mild country sausage, hot or mild Italian sausage, ribs, bone-in loin roasts, Boston butt, picnic shoulder, shoulder steaks, bone-in ham, tenderloin, and the coveted Mangalitsa lard! If desired you may also take home the organ meats, neck bones, feet, tail, skin, and head. We also include our "Going Whole Hog" cookbook, with recipes and instructions for using every part of the pig! The Mangalitsa is an incredible old-world breed has been called the "kobe beef of pork" and recognized by Slow Food in their Ark of Taste. They are a lard-type breed that not only produces delicious silky, white lard that, when raised on pasture, is high in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, but they will also give you the most decadent cuts of dark red, marbled meat you have ever laid eyes on!

We never use pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, or hormones of any kind on our property. Our goal is to go beyond organic standards and improve the health of people while also improving the health of the land. Our animals enjoy fresh air, clean water, sunshine, and pasture 24 hours a day. We are a small, family-run, veteran-owned farm. We offer: USDA-inspected Mangalitsa Pork - individual cuts as well as whole and half hogs Custom-raised Whole Chickens - hatched and raised on-farm
